Welcome to my practice! I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing evidence-based therapy for anxiety and related disorders. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for social anxiety, panic disorder, specific phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and trichotillomania. I also treat a wide range of other concerns, including - but not limited to -depression, trauma, grief, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, excessive self-criticism, and concerns related to sexual and gender identity.
I provide therapy for adults of all ages, with a particular specialization in young adults (ages 18–28) and college students. I have worked in multiple college counseling centers and completed my postdoctoral residency at Princeton University, giving me extensive experience supporting young adults navigating academic stress, identity development, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, and grounded in research-supported practices. In our work together, we focus not only on reducing symptoms, but also on improving overall well-being, emotional regulation, and resilience. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to reach their goals.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to help answer any questions that you may have, and to assess whether I can address your concerns. Send me a message and we will set a phone consultation.
During the initial 1-2 sessions, I will provide a detailed diagnostic evaluation to help you understand your symptoms, and will discuss a treatment plan. We will review your current functioning, mental health history, as well as social and family factors that can be contributing to your distress. In addition to a clinical interview, I may ask you to fill out diagnostic questionnaires or with your permission, gather additional information from your other healthcare professionals.
Through weekly individual therapy, we can address:

In addition to in-person individual therapy, we can also meet via video sessions (through a secure, HIPAA-compliant system that is easily accessible on your smartphone or computer). This may be helpful when you cannot attend a session due to illness, inclement weather, or travel.
I am a PSYPACT credentialed provider and can provide telehealth in most states.

I am a credentialed provider for students (and their dependents) who have Princeton University Student Health Plan. There is no referral needed, and the number of sessions is unlimited and flexible in frequency.

I am an out-of-network provider with all other insurance plans. I will provide you with a detailed receipt for every session that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Prior to your appointment, please contact your insurance to find out the following:

No Surprise Act
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

I am a licensed psychologist in New Jersey (license # 6036), California, New York, and Pennsylvania. I am also credentialed with the National Register of Health Service Psychologists and have the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT), meaning that I can provide telehealth in most states.
I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of conditions, and some of my approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (including exposure and response prevention and habit reversal training), motivational interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
I received my undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, followed by master's and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology at La Salle University. My post-doctoral residency was completed at the Princeton University Counseling Center. As a well-versed clinical generalist, I have experience working in different levels of care (inpatient, partial hospital, and outpatient programs) and in different settings, such as community mental health, residential treatment for addiction, college counseling, and private practice.
